In an exciting competition, Ludwig Migl and his model, Dieter Grund, won the International Open German Championship of Underwater Photography. The venue for the 36th Camera Louis Boutan was Lake Kulkwitz near Leipzig. The competition has been held since 1959 and is the most important competition in underwater photography in the German-speaking world. With his seventh 1st place, Ludwig Migl now also leads the perpetual best list of the Camera Louis Boutan.
